These terms cover your use of Decant, a mobile game published by Walqalum Games. By installing or playing it, you agree to them.

The license

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Decant on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You may not sell, rent, sub-license or redistribute the app, modify or reverse-engineer it except where the law expressly allows, or use it to break any law.

What the game costs

Decant is free to download and play. It is funded by advertising.

Coins earned in the game are a feature of the game, not currency. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to anyone else, and may be adjusted or reset if we have to correct a fault.

Your saved progress

Your progress is stored on your own device. We do not hold a copy, and we cannot recover, restore or transfer it for you. Uninstalling the app deletes it.

Advertising

The app shows advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. Advertisements come from third parties and we do not control their content. Anything you buy or agree to with an advertiser is between you and them.

Availability

We may update, change or discontinue the app at any time. We do not promise it will always be available or free of faults.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version will always be at this address, with the date it took effect at the top.
